Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and federal shipping regulations. We do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items (such as THCA flower, concentrates, edibles, or cartridges) once they leave our facility.
However, we will provide a replacement or refund if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Defective
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Email info@hemp-source.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s)
- A description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a replacement product is requested, we will ship it free of charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with effects (as experiences may vary)
Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received
Products stored improperly after delivery (e.g., heat damage)
